Daniel Martin
Daniel is a highly sought-after professional makeup artist whose clients include Academy Award Winner Michelle Yeoh, Greta Gerwig, Elisabeth Moss, Jessica Alba, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Nina Dobrev, Gemma Chan, Jessica Biel, and Meghan Markle, for whom he created a now- infamous wedding-day makeup look in 2018. He has served as the Creative Color Consultant for Honest Beauty, Brand Ambassador for Dior Beauty, and now, Global Director of Artistry: Education at Tatcha (the first-ever appointment of an Asian-American in an executive-level post within the beauty industry).
A member of both the Asian-American and LGBTQIA communities, Daniel’s philanthropic work and social activism champions under-represented and marginalized groups both in the beauty industry and beyond. He has worked closely with charitable organizations such as Act to Change, Room to Read, and Model Alliance in a continued effort to contribute culturally and empower others.
Katie Sturino
Katie Sturino is an entrepreneur, author, and body acceptance advocate. Through her personal platforms @katiesturino and katiesturino.com, she lends her voice and personal style to raise awareness for size inclusivity, empowering women of all sizes to find their confidence and celebrate their style.

Dr. Michelle Henry
Dr. Michelle Henry is a pioneering board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. She is the CEO and founder of Skin & Aesthetic Surgery of Manhattan and The Henry Research Group. Dr. Henry serves as a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College. With expertise spanning general dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, and cosmetic surgery, Dr. Henry specializes in treating high-risk skin cancers, performing cosmetic procedures, addressing hair loss, providing skin rejuvenation treatments, and caring for skin of color.
Dr. Henry completed her dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where she served as Chief Resident. She then pursued a fellowship in cutaneous oncology, Mohs micrographic, and reconstructive surgery at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Henry has written extensively on skin cancer treatment, surgery, aesthetic treatments, skin of color, and hair restoration. She is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, New York Magazine Top Doctor, and serves on medical advisory boards, conducts FDA clinical trials, and is on the medical review board for Self Magazine.
Kayla Greaves
With over 12 years of media experience, Kayla A. Greaves has become one of the most sought-after and authoritative voices in the beauty and wellness sector. She previously held the title of Executive Beauty Editor at Instyle, and her work has appeared in prestigious publications including Vogue, Elle, and Allure.
She was featured as an expert commentator on HBO’s The Beauty of Blackness and Netflix’s The Black Beauty Effect, and has worked as a partner and ambassador for brands including SheaMoisture, Ulta, T.J.Maxx, and Maybelline.
Allison Turquoise
With over 7 years of behind-the-scenes experience, Allison has collaborated with beauty brands from indie to international, bringing their product packaging from ideation to mass production. As a full-time Beauty Packaging Sales Director at Berlin|Jansy, she combines her professional expertise with a deep passion for sustainability.
Beyond her full-time role, Allison teaches a college-level cosmetic packaging course at FIDM, offers independent consulting to guide brands through the complexities of packaging, and uses her social media platform to educate both consumers and brands on the intricacies of sustainable packaging. Passionate about fostering informed discussions on sustainability, Allison aims to empower beauty industry stakeholders to make more informed decisions and achieve measurable progress.
Vincent Oquendo
Vincent Oquendo is a globally recognized makeup artist, known for his bold aesthetic and creative vision. A “make-up maestro,” according to ELLE, Vincent’s red carpet clients include Lily Collins, Janelle Monae, Bella Hadid, Karlie Kloss, Hailey Bieber, Diane Kruger, and Jessica Biel.
Vincent emulates Old-Hollywood glamour with a dash of modern flare. In addition to the red carpet, Vincent works with photographers such as Alexei Hay, Zoey Grossman, Miguel Reveriego, and Ben Watts, and his work has been featured in Vogue, ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, W, and more. Ian Michael Crumm
Ian Michael Crumm is a celebrity esthetician, skin care expert, and co-host of the educational beauty podcast BeautyCurious. He is best known for his signature three-step facial program that has attracted a star-studded clientele of movie producers and country music artists.
With a special interest in sun safety and skin cancer awareness, Crumm aims to use his platform to advance skin cancer education and is a committee member for the Skin Cancer Foundation’s Champions for Change Gala and the Melanoma Research Foundation Gala.

Megan Driscoll
Megan Driscoll is the CEO + Founder of EvolveMKD, an award-winning public relations and digital marketing agency based in New York City. Megan is widely recognized for her work, earning a spot on PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 List, being honored as one of 12 women chosen for The Ernst and Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women class of 2018, featured on Crain’s New York Notable Women’s Business Owner’s 2021 List and recently, Ragan’s 2022 PR Professional of the Year, as well as deemed a 2022 Woman of Distinction by both MM+M and PRWeek.
In addition to donating 10% of EvolveMKD’s profits to charity annually, and hosting quarterly volunteer opportunities for staff at nonprofits, Megan serves on the Board of Directors at Safe Horizon, an organization that provides aid to victims of violence.
