Beautyfor is a non-profit organization that offers your favorite beauty products at discounts of 25-90%. We work with leading and emerging brands to rescue their excess and overstock inventory from waste, then offer it to you at amazing prices, and donate the proceeds to our charity partners.

Beautyfor works with a long list of beauty brands, who donate their excess products to us to offer them a second, more sustainable life.

Excess can happen for a number of reasons. Oftentimes, no matter how much they try to get it right, brands simply make too much of certain products and can't get through them all in time. And by "in time," we mean before the products are too close to their expiration to sell via traditional retailers (which typically require more than 6-12 months from expiration); before product formulas or packaging is changed; before products are discontinued; or before seasonal-specific and limited-edition products are retired.

Up to 40% of beauty products manufactured every year end up in landfills. That's millions of brand new, unused, perfectly good products that could be saved and redistributed, but instead, consumers miss out, and the planet suffers. The disposal of these products requires land, energy, labor, and packaging, and the waste produces harmful CO2 emissions and greenhouse gas, which can ultimately contribute to climate change. But by shopping with Beautyfor, you are rescuing beauty products from waste and the doing your part to help the planet--plus, you're getting a killer deal and donating to charity along the way.

No! Every product sold by Beautyfor is at least three months from expiration (slightly less than the 6-12 months traditional retailers require, but still absolutely safe for you to use).

Always! Beautyfor sources all products directly from brands, and every product we sell is 100% authentic.

We carefully inspect each and every product donated to Beautyfor, and we only sell new, unopened, and unexpired products. While most of our products look exactly like the full-price versions you'll find at traditional retailers, they may occasionally have slight differences, including printing errors, old names or formulations, or damaged external packaging. If a product has any of these flaws or discrepancies, it will always be noted in the product description, and the discounted price will reflect condition.

Beautyfor has 12 annual charity partners, which are nominated and voted on by our brand donors at the start of our fiscal year. Each of our four quarterly sales benefits three of these charities, and shoppers get to choose one (or which combination) of the three they would like their purchase to support.
